The Community Initiatives Facilitation and Assistance (CIFA) is a Kenyan regional NGO formed in 1999 and registered in May 2000 in Kenya and 2005 in Ethiopia by former staff of the defunct FARM-Africa Pastoralists Development Project (PDP).
